OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE SOLAR ENERGY INDUSTRY.

HOW:

• Engage with more women in the industry to build knowledge and expertise  

• Identify and develop champions  

• Using the skills and passion that we have to allow others to do the same  

• Work collaboratively with one another and other industry and government stakeholders  

• Develop mentorships, networking and training opportunities in various aspects of industry 

• Identify project opportunities where we can collaborate  

• Work with businesses within the industry to recognise and encourage diversity  

• Assist with providing inclusive work environments 

• Work with industry 'Champions' to make women in the industry the new norm
